To have / to be nothing to do with

Quelle différence entre to have nothing to do with et to be nothing to do with ? Je viens de voir sur internet cette seconde tournure, et son sens est apparemment le même que to have nothing to do with. Je suis perplexe…

Les deux locutions ont le même sens: to have no connection with
Deux exemples:

Oui Gargantua a raison .

J'ajouterai que "have noting do to with" est bien plus usuel que "be nothing to do with" qui de plus est également beaucoup plus employé en anglais qu'en américain.
