The shape of her face is wonderfully delicate and "all that burning hair" means that she's red-head. (Rehead is one word. Strange to say the adjective red-headed has the hyphen!)


5)Henry
Line 30 we can see that the woman is amused by the story of Henry : " And now she was really smiling . The smile danced in her eyes, crept over
her cheeks to her lips and stayed there ."
She's also sympathetic as she's feels sad for Henry

Henry felt disabled just at the moment where she had disappeared.
How he had been able to let occur such a failure?
Perhaps did he just have dreaming this meeting with the girl of her dreams ? (Bad style to use dreams twice in the same sentence). "I come down from London every evening" , the sentence resounded in his head like an echo .
"Perhaps I frightened her too much and she lied to me ? But however she appeared so nice with me and did not wish to leave in a another compartment … "thought Henry while wanting to get his fears out of his mind .

"Life Is Not Easy" , "life Is Not Fair" or even (du mal a trouvé le bon sens d'encore ici ) "Oh! What A Wonderful World" . Did the famous jazzman tell the truth ?
To my mind life is not *odious but progressive .
It is a question of objectives , choices and priorities .
It's what,in addition to our conscience, I suppose differentiate us from an ordinary animal .
The evolution, the change, on a chronological scale whose arrow points towards the future, must be able to leave the past to its place.
It doesn't matter what I made or from where I come, nothing what will have marked my former life can predict the personn that I will be in one week, one year or a decade.
I still carry much hopes, and whatever my wounds, my words/sayings, my misfortunes desired by others, I think of being able to build my own happiness.
It's not so much a question of what one deserves as what one made (because in this case I think that there are enormously injustices)
I really don't believe in karma. No , it's just that tomorrow have nothing to do with yesterday. For me, to think like this , is to disavow/reject/repudiate the capability of evolution of the Man . L'Homme avec un H majuscule ? )
I refuse to think that if at a point A i'm unhappy, at the point B I still will be it .
I try to focus myself on these small things which make my happiness : to gain the respect of people that I love , to receive a message of a friend , 🙂to go to the cinema with them , to laugh **much and often, to listen to rock'n'roll in my bedroom by mimant the instruments whereas I must be a bad musician , to read a good book , to deserve the respect of intelligent people, to eat chocolates in front of the TV
Like the title of the Boris Vian's poem says , " Je voudrais pas crever " .
